원인
설치된 JRE과 Eclipse의 시스템아키텍처가 달라서 생기는 문제로 브라우저를 통해 JRE를 업데이트할 때 발생
해결
http://java.com/ko/download/manual.jsp 에 들어가서 64bit를 설치
