2. Load button
3. Select the extracted folder
e.g.
a. Unzip "oiplkfaidhjklglajdpfehoagkmlcakh" under "C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\"
b. Select Folder
